A micro-organization, like a micro-school is a small servant leader-people ratio. One Love=True Change, Inc. is coordinated by one edu-activist servant leader who centers in education and acts of mututal loveand support as the central tools for empowerment.

I Am Sun. This looks like decolonizing core academics on the micro school level for families who want to skip the K-12 model to embrace college and life-preparatory training (SAT/GED/socio-emotional intelligence & arts).

The Peoples’ Justice Institute. This also looks like a simple, virtual training program powered by organizations and experts in social justice, environmental justice, and food equity.

Circular Acts of Love: The Circular Economy. This looks like regular monthly volunteer sessions with local Black farmers who leave out pesticides.

• When organizations or individuals/interns join the One Love Co-Operative network, they complete a playlist in the Peoples’ Justice Institute and one 3-hour volunteer session at one of our farmers’ sites.

• In exchange, our servant leader works with them directly to learn about a topic of their focus—and then helps to create simple educational media around it.

• This content becomes added to The Peoples’ Justice Institute and I Am Sun educational curriculum.  So it all becomes part of our circular economy of circular knowledge and support.
